ReplyDeleteI really agree with your sentiments but I would also like to suggest that to enable giving to really work you need to be able to receive.
How often are we offered love, support and appreciation and we do not allow ourselves to truly feel it, to take it on, to listen. I believe it is as important to open ourselves to giving and receiving which will give a real balance.
